In Mankoadze, Ghana, access to dental care is extremely limited. For many residents, receiving even basic dental treatment requires traveling miles — often by foot or bicycle — to facilities that are understaffed or no longer operating.
Because of this, preventive dental care is not part of everyday life. Small problems go untreated. Pain becomes normal. And long-term oral health suffers across the entire community.
But that is beginning to change.

Through a partnership between BG AERO and the Badoe Family Foundation, a new dental clinic is currently under construction in Mankoadze. The building is real. The walls are up. Donated equipment is already on the ground in Ghana.
It will serve not only Mankoadze, but many surrounding villages that currently have no access to care.
Oral health affects far more than smiles. Untreated dental issues can lead to chronic pain, infection, missed work or school, and long-term health complications. A local, reliable dental clinic means fewer emergencies, better quality of life, and healthier futures — especially for children.
This clinic is only possible because of generosity.
Every donation helps finish construction, equip treatment rooms, and provide the support needed to open the doors and serve the community. When you give, you are not just funding a building — you are making ongoing care possible for people who have gone without it for far too long.
